The off-the-shoulder style of the dress is a little risque for school, but pair it with your favorite staple cardigan or shrug and it totally works! If I'm being totally transparent, I usually opt for a red wedge with this outfit in lieu of heels, but these pumps are the only heels I would ever consider wearing to teach. They keep my feet comfortable while standing for extended periods and walking for miles.

The earrings are a total attention getter. Everyone notices them and they look great with so many outfits! I'm wearing them as I type.
